Studio DALI is a London-based studio. This notice covers this public website and its enquiry form. It does not describe the private client applications shown in our portfolio.
Information in an enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address and message. You may optionally select the kind of work you are enquiring about. It also supplies the page path and a hidden spam-check field.
The purpose of an enquiry is to understand what you need and respond to you. Please keep the initial message to what is needed to explain the problem; do not include confidential client records or sensitive case documents.
Server processing and email
Requests are processed by the website server for validation and abuse checks. The application has no enquiry database and does not intentionally log message bodies. Network address information is used temporarily for abuse checks and held in server memory.
A valid enquiry is sent through the studio’s configured email service to its mailbox. Your email address is placed in the Reply-To field so the studio can answer you. Sending an enquiry does not create an account or subscribe you to a mailing list.
Hosting and retention
The website is hosted by Vercel, with Cloudflare providing domain, security and delivery services. These providers may process limited technical information such as network addresses, request details and diagnostic logs to operate and protect the site.
The website application does not persist enquiries in a database. An enquiry is retained in the studio mailbox and relevant service logs only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations. Provider systems may keep limited backups or security logs under their own retention controls.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional. It is used to understand page views and navigation so Studio DALI can improve the website. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded and normal analytics cookies are not set unless you select “Accept analytics”. Choosing “Reject optional analytics” leaves the rest of the site fully functional.
Your analytics choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage. If you later reject analytics through the “Analytics choices” link in the footer, the site disables the tag and attempts to remove Studio DALI Google Analytics cookies from the browser.
A successful enquiry can record a generate_lead event after the server confirms delivery. The event does not include the name, email address, message, selected interests or other form fields. Form entries are not stored in local storage.
Optional analytics is based on your consent. You can change that choice at any time through the footer. Google provides more information in its Privacy Policy.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information, or receive a portable copy.
You may also have a right to object to processing in certain circumstances. These rights are not absolute. You can find guidance and information about making a complaint through the Information Commissioner’s Office.
For website privacy questions or to exercise a relevant right, use the studio contact section and explain that your message concerns privacy.
