SELECTED WORK / 03 / PRIVATE AI ASSISTANT
Hours of admin, reduced to
what needs attention.
A busy solicitor was managing several inboxes, calendars, case documents and deadlines separately, spending hours checking information that often required no action.
Talk about a specific AI workflow
01 / THE PROBLEM
Too much checking. Too little context.
The client was checking several information sources separately to find out what needed action. Email, calendars, case documents and deadlines each held part of the picture.
The problem was not a lack of information. It was the work involved in reviewing it, identifying priorities and bringing the right context together for the next decision.
02 / THE RESPONSE
An assistant around the way he works.
Studio DALI built a private AI assistant around the solicitor’s workflow. It reviews and prioritises email, handles approved routine responses, flags urgent matters, prepares briefings and brings relevant information together when it is needed.
The assistant supports administration, information handling and preparation. Legal judgement and professional decisions remain with the solicitor.
03 / THE WORKFLOW
Handled, prepared or brought to attention.
Routine information handling
The assistant reviews email and handles approved routine responses, with lower-priority information organised around the agreed workflow.
Preparation & approval
Briefings, relevant research and drafts bring useful preparation together. The reconstructed interface distinguishes work awaiting approval from routine items handled automatically.
Priorities & context
Urgent matters and upcoming deadlines are surfaced alongside the relevant information. The daily briefing shows the intended flow from separate sources to a more useful overview.
04 / WHAT CHANGED
Attention goes to the decisions.
Instead of checking everything himself, the client is brought the decisions, priorities and context that actually require his attention.
The example demonstrates a private system designed for a defined workflow. Its approved fictional visual data is not a claim about the volume of live messages processed or a quantified time-saving result.
