We first look at the tools, data and workarounds already in use. If an existing system can be improved, connected or extended, we will explain that option.
If custom software is the sensible answer, the specification follows the people using it: what they need to see, what they need to do and where a mistake or an exception needs attention. We agree the scope before delivery begins.

Complex projects are scoped individually. These are entry points for straightforward scopes; the cost reflects what the system actually needs.
DELIVERY & HANDOVER
You stay close to the important choices.
You see the work while it develops. We explain options, costs and limitations in plain language, with one person responsible for the project throughout.
For custom work, handover includes the code, access and documentation appropriate to the project. More complex systems can include structured handover and training. Third-party services, licences and reusable components may have their own terms.
Optional automation / software / AI support starts from £240 + VAT / month.
